The legacy of the twentieth century (Marco Emanuele)

We find ourselves, in the globalized world, still carrying a linear and exclusionary thinking, appropriate to a world in which there is a constant need for an enemy, in which dominates the tactic of friend / enemy, white / black. We think as if we were in an eternal "cold war" while the global challenges calling for a new global, complex and including thinking. It's time to rejoin what is separated, recognizing the differences in the world-of-life. It's time for a renewed "global responsibility" in the name of dialogue; and that's more important because the threats to humanity are becoming more asymmetric and, therefore, less and less predictable. It's time to share a strategy of human project, finally coming out from the twentieth century.
