To be realistic, we have to:

- de-dogmatize our certainties to regain the natural uncertainty of our human condition;
- embrace complexities of reality, including in us the "global of real" and emphasizing the contradictions through the "culture of doubt", relativizing our certainties;
- discover the "truth" in the worlds-of-life;
- re-think reality through complex thought, finding in the reality "which is"  the possibility and the potential of its change.
