What's the sense of what I have called "laboratory of complexity"? (Marco Emanuele)

What's the sense of what I have called "laboratory of complexity"? It's the idea to evolve into "communities of destiny", places of research in knowledge, in life. In fact, it is as if  humanity existed separate from itself, as if our personal stories did not affect the evolution of the common history; the complexity is a two-way relationship of each human person in history and vice versa. This means that, through the awareness of the complexity, each of us is global in particular and that the global is the integration (and not the sum) of the infinite differences of reality. Be aware of the complexity means that everything that is created belongs to us in essence and that our "mission" as human beings is to reunite what is dispersed.
