A world without political leaderships is a world of war. Politics that we recognize "absolutizes" the particular interests and can no longer give strategic directions to human coexistence; we lost the historical "common good" value that, now more than ever, concerns the common destiny of humanity in creation. In the globalized (not global) world, the ability of leaderships to govern changes makes the difference; there is a political vacuum that is now filled by non-technocratic culture.
