Exasperated competition and "non-government" (Marco Emanuele)

The exasperated competition is a condition of selection of the most determined and not of the most capable. Determination, lived with the skill of mediation, is a positive factor; in excess, determination "rewards" those that exist for the immediate success and deny the complexities of the world-of-life.

Who governs, not only the States but also the different organizations, has the need to know the vital processes and, consequently, to organize them in an appropriate way; we are building,  however, globalized and globalizing models, summations of diversities and not integration of differences. This can be seen, particularly but not only, in the "non-government" of our cities, increasingly ungoverned jungles.
