  1. This is just the inevitable result of the undeserved ODA delegation to a company that primarily relies on fraud to meet cost and schedule goals.

However, such undeserved and stupid delegation was inevitable because he needed it on his resume for his Boeing executive level pay quid pro quo job at a Boeing funded and directed industry lobbying association. Fraudulently signing off on the safety and conformity of the 787 was also something he had to do to revolve into that job he has been working toward for a couple decades by ensuring he ignored regulations and whistleblower reports for the symbiotically corrupt Boeing management he solely worked for.

That Bahrami couldn’t confirm the whistleblower reports of undue pressure despite the damning and extensive evidence of Boeing Management extortion of these ARs was for the reason previously noted.

Nothing is sacred to corrupt Boeing Management. Laws, regulations, lives. Being called a “schedule bottleneck” is the 2nd worst epithet you can be called just after being called “ethical.” Schedule is the devil to be worshipped for corrupt Boeing Management demons. Even cost has to give way to schedule at Boeing if no illegal alternative exists to keep to both targets.

The same undue pressure existed on every other certification project, even lightning protection features. Safety subverted fuel systems and lightning protection? What could go wrong? What’s next? The battery system? Anybody who boards a 787 is a fool.

The FAA’s “lack of expertise and resources to regulate Boeing” is a fraud in itself. Boeing should have never been delegated anything as noted because of its criminally unethical management. If Boeing has to wait for the FAA to hire the right people to do the job so be it.

Ms. Cole is on the right track, but BDS Management is just as unethical as BCA Management. Thusly no “Tiger Team” impartial Boeing investigation would be possible.

As noted, the symbiotically corrupt FAA is not allowed to confirm such undue pressure happened when they “investigate” by orders of Boeing. The “minor” vs. “major” change fraud alone should have resulted in the pulling of Boeing’s delegation but such minimally needed sanctions will never be approved by Boeing corrupted FAA Management. LOL. Boeing just ignores FAA deadlines just like they did with the 747 inerting engineering package. Typical for FAA Management to succumb to the “Jedi mind trick” of corrupt Boeing Management telling them the actions they demanded weren’t required after all. “May have become too cozy” says Ms. Cole? Boeing is cozy with the FAA in the same way that cancer is cozy to a terminal patient. She is right that there should be an adversarial and independent relationship for the safety of the public instead of the current symbiotic corruption negating the FAA’s required role. “Good enough” isn’t even the standard to Boeing Management. At Boeing there are no standards at all if cost can be saved and production flows can be reduced by subverting them to any extent. The joint effort between Boeing and the FAA in such fraud and corruption must be ended forever for the safety of the public that funds the FAA to ensure their safety, not to instead ensure their hiring by Boeing.

Of course Boeing management found that the dozens of ARs that experienced undue pressure imagined it all.

What a huge lie. Boeing P.R. is paid to lie to the public, but this is egregious. No Boeing airplanes in company history have “conform(ed) to the highest regulatory and safety standards," much less even the minimum regulatory quality, safety, and conformity requirements. That should get Boeing lie of the year, even over the 787 accounting lie to investors and the tanker on schedule lie to investors hours before the latest delay.
