Educate is, first of all, educate themselves to life and its complexity. Life is contradiction and linearity, quantity and quality, predictability and unpredictability, measurability and not measurability; life is all these things together, simultaneously present and not separable. Life is complex. Education as personal education to life is at the same time the most difficult and the most necessary challenge.
Because of the complexity of life, the cultural processes (including that of education) must be experienced in a systemic, strategic and cooperative action. Competition, however, tends to separate the inseparable and does not consider real (in the sense of "historical") the "not yet known",
the informal, the transient.
