Faced ISIS-Daesh all our cultural categories are questioned. We add words to words, without understanding reality. I do not pretend to write words of truth but I think that today we can no longer say that our enemy is called terrorism; we are all victims of an "asymmetric totalitarianism".
The asymmetry of the third millennium's totalitarianism requires us to "walk" in the "unknown" of Knowledge, noting that our cultural and operational certainties do not serve to understand and govern the a-polar world, immersed in a world war in chapters.
Politics, economy, law, diplomacy are objectively unable to provide answers to inhumane triumphant. We sacrifice freedom for security but we do not solve the problem. We keep talking about the West under attack, attack at the heart of Europe without considering that the "international community" as a "kingdom of good" is little more than a media fiction and that Europe is not a strategic subject but only the sum of so many national egoisms.
We need a mirror to see reflected our inconsistency, primarily cultural.
