Inhuman wins. And we "westerners", immersed in our supposed truths, still do not understand that we have a great and serious cultural problem.
All of us human beings, beyond our culture and religion, have the historical responsibility to rethink the idea of freedom; in the globalized world, in fact, we save ourselves together only.
Freedom, democracy and development are words we speak in complete rhetoric and in complete detachment from the reality of the evolving worlds-of-life. We are unreal and we have not the courage to face the contradictions that belong to us.
Our cities are the mirror of the "political vacuum" that characterizes the a-polar world; from "coexistence laboratories", cities become "jungles ungoverned". We have to start from here, from our proximity, finding the "global sense" in freedom as liberation. The rest is only eternal present.
