Do we have adequate cognitive tools to understand the historical processes in the a-polar world? Worlds that evolve in radical and faster ways ask to our knowledge to become increasingly interdisciplinary, returning to the unity of knowledge. We have a responsibility to reunite our separate knowledges and to teach young people to think in complex ways; in the face of increasingly asymmetric threats and problems increasingly interrelated and global, we can no longer think linearly.
