The globalized system is closed in his certainties. Competition is dominant and it serves to confirm a thought "without alternatives" in politics, in economics and in many other areas of human coexistence. Some words, "development" and "democracy" just to give an example, become "univocal words" and, thus, they are "imposed" in the world. But these are words that have very important practical consequences on entire populations and, therefore, are not neutral. The "competitive and technocratic culture" is the instrument of this globalized system.
